Details are given of the activity of 12 organotin diethyldithiocarbamates against Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Microsporum canis and Trichophyton mentagrophytes as well as 4 pathogenic bacteria. Triaryltin diethyldithiocarbamates were superior to the corresponding diaryltin compounds. Substitution of an electron releasing methyl group in the benzene nucleus enhanced the activity.
