A method for relation determination in full denture prosthesis is described in the present paper. The centric relation is determined by recording the Gothic arch by means of a self-made instrument. The supporting pin is mounted elastically and telescopically and can be interchanged whereby the instrument is also suited for control recordings. The recording method seems to be especially suited for patients with "orofacial dysfunction syndrome".
