The authors report the anatomoclinical aspects and the treatment of 21 cases of cancer of vulva at the Danang General Hosptial from 1961 to 1974. The treatment is only surgical : total vulvectomy and bilateral femoral, inguinal and pelvic lymphadenectomies (radical vulvectomy). The 5 year survival is 63,3 p. 100. Stages I and II have a better survival rate. Metastasis in nodes determine a poor prognosis.
