Clinical pharmacology is in need of standarized test-methods for guaranteeing objective controls of therapeutic efficacy. In the field of cardiology, test methods had been created for electrocardiographic and special cardiologic examinations by Kaltenbach, Korkmann et al. For objectivating the therapeutic success in hypertension and orthostatic tolerancy, some regimens had been made and published in their journal, according to the test methods of Kirchhoff. This report is to discuss the criteria which show an assessment for the range and the limit of efficacy of functional circles and circular systems determining the efficiency.
