A microfluorimeter of high precision for measuring the fluorescence intensity of individual cells and cell organelles is described. The fluorescence intensity can be measured either in the wide spectral range, or in succession in 2 narrow spectral ranges. A digital voltmeter is used for registrating the fluorescence level and diaphragm size. This allows an automatic recording of the results and their further processing by a computer.
