Dermatitis was induced in rats by multiple doses of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene. At the height of dermatitis development (1-6 days) the content of histamine and serotonin in skin and blood of rats was increased. Administration of supersound with a frequency of 830 kHz and intensity of 0.2 W/cm2 inhibited dermatitis development for 2-3 days. The content of biogenic amines in skin was similar to the control level and that of blood serotonin was increased. Application of Synalar had a normalizing effect on the content and ratio of histamine and serotonin in blood and skin of rats and on the macroscopic inflammatory changes.
