Non-enzymatic fibrinolytic activity in patients with hypertension under conditions of emotional tension

Emotional stress as cause for increase in non-enzymatic fibrinolytic activity characterized by fibrinogen-heparin and adrenalin-heparin complex combinations was established in healthy individuals and patients with hypertension. The changes were more profound in hypertension patients. For both groups, highest fibrinolytic activity in blood plasma was observed based on presence of fibrinogen-heparin complex.
